All the great taste as our single-origin Brazilian medium roast without the caffeine.
Our decaffeinated medium roast uses the Swiss Water process to avoid unnecessary solvents and maintain the flavour. This medium-bodied coffee balances acidity and sweetness, giving this decaf a complex taste.

The Single Origin Brazilian decaf has notes of milk chocolate, peanut biscuit and caramelised sugar.

We work directly with our friends on the farm, in Sul De Minas, to bring this organically grown speciality coffee here to the UK, then roasted by the Souter Bros. for you.
From crop to cup, we are part of every step of the journey to ensure a fully ethical and sustainable supply chain.
Swiss Water:
Our decaf coffee goes through the Swiss Water process of decaffeination. This process is kinder to the beans and helps maintain a fuller flavour. It avoids all use of chemicals and solvents found in other decaffeination processes.
