Our Single Origin Brazilian is a delicate medium roast with a pleasant sweetness, well rounded acidity and a good complexity. From ‘Crop to Cup’, this roast offers hints of soft, chocolatey notes with nutty characteristics and a hint of caramel.
We work directly with our friends on the farm in Sul De Minas, to bring this organically grown specialty coffee here to the UK, then roasted by the Souter Bros. for you.
